We asked SelecTemp to provide an employee for a very specific time frame to cover an employee being out for maternity leave. This included a 2 week overlap time to cover the extensive training needed. The SelecTemp employee backed out of the arrangement on the day our employee left for vacation. This put us in a terrible situation, not to mention all the money lost paying out to SelecTemp. SelecTemp refused to make any adjustments financially. We will never use SelecTemp again.

the business was easy to find in the core area of albany.i was early for my appointment but was ushered thru their orientation very timely. claudia hamilton interviewed me with an interest that no other temp agency has shown. in this job market with proven skills that was a shot in the arm!
