Replaced all the carpet in my house with laminate. They are coming back to refinish the original hardwood floors in my home next week. Great work and a good price. I have recommended these folks to all my friends. Check with them for price and quality on any flooring needs. Gary

We contacted Big Bob's Flooring in May of this year. They gave us an estimate to put in floors at our lake house and office. We have some minor issues with the lake house but the major problem is with my office. First, we have carpet at our office and instead of pulling up the carpet and putting the flooring on the concrete, he put the flooring right over the carpet. With the type of flooring we bought, it's slides on the carpet and leaves big gaps. Also, they cut the flooring wrong so there are big gaps all along the the walls. Then he came back and tried to glue the gaps together which didn't work. Fred, the owner came out and looked at it and said it had to be redone and that all the carpet had to be pulled up and the floors put back down. He kept rudely insisting to be paid for the job wasn't complete. We gave him $10,000 down and then another $5000 before the job was completed. He kept telling my wife that she was just trying to stiff him and not pay him his money. We told him he would get paid when the job was completed. He was supposed to come two Saturdays in a row and canceled both times. He finally showed up last Saturday and told us that it would be completed by the end of the day. He was supposed to be there at 8:00am in the morning and arrived at 9:00am and we later found out he left at 1:00pm. He was then supposed come by our lake house and finish it and we would pay him. But at 6:00 that night we hadn't heard from him. I called and texted him with no response. He finally called back and went on a rant about how he needed to get paid and then threatened me saying he was going to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay him and once again, I just wanted the job to be complete. I then told him that I would hire someone else to go in and fix what he screwed up. He then texted my wife the next day threatening to put a lien on my house.

Big Bob's Flooring did a wonderful job quickly installing carpet in two of my bedroom when I arrived in town. They had me in my bedrooms in 2 days, and inexpensively.
