I plan on submitting a complaint to the FTC and am considering a lawsuit for unfair business practices by this branch. They have broken the law and have besmirched the text of the RCC. They withhold certified funds to further their bottom line for their end of the year bonuses. This has caused my family great financial harm, has caused my bills to be late and has ruined Christmas. As soon as my funds are available, I WILL be transferring my account. I will be gone, but not forgotten. Thanks Brett.
