My daughter went to Bridals by CC to order her bridesmaids dresses. We were told the dresses that she picked would be made of chiffon and they were not. The color was off, not to mention they charged us almost $30.00 dollars more than originally priced. I was informed the day we went to be measured there would be a $15.00 dollar rush delivery fee but we also had to pay an $8.00 delivery fee. When I called the store to discuss this matter with the owner she treated me like I had no sense at all and said that she explained all of this to us that day and that my daughter could not get the color she wanted in chiffon. I was sitting there the entire time that she measured the girls and that was never brought to our attention. She did not size the girls properly either. This is supposed to the most precious and beautiful day of my daughters life and now thanks to this store and the owner it will not be. The owner refused to do anything to make it right and while talking to the owner she evidently did not want to hear what I had to say any longer and she hung up in my face. I have recently gotten out of the hospital for stroke like symptoms and now thanks to her there went my stress free day.
