Jones Country Homes promise alot before your purchase and deliver as little as possible afterward (some curtains were never received).



On the initial installation, the technician did not hook up one of the toilets to the waste system and everything went straight down under the home for several weeks before the smell became obvious. They did send him back out to connect after we reported it.



The home is still under warrenty at this writing . We have been in it 5 months. There is a leak in the bathroom and I called for over a week to have someone come and repair it. I called 6-7 times and they said repeatedly someone would call me in a day or two. I never heard back from them. I finally had it repaired on my own.
