Been using their facilities on and off since 2007. Company is great & the folks who work there truly care for & about your stuff. After a visit, I got a phone call to let me know that I hadn't shut the storage room door completely, so I went immediately to correct the problem. Another time, we changed the lock & it was noticed by the personnel & they called to make sure that it was us that changed the lock, and not that someone had broken in & replaced the lock (they put stickers on the locks). Great service & we sleep well knowing our stuff is safe!!!
