First thing first, Leah was great and helped me when Boost (online and via phone) wouldn’t.
I placed an order online through Boost for an iPhone, it was canceled, I then called Boost and placed another order (please note, I had to pay for the phone twice), they canceled that order also and stated in broken English it was a credit card issue, I called my credit union and they said “funds are available, there is no issue on our end”. I just bought an unlocked (both CDMA and GSM) phone online. Tried to activate it online through Boost and via phone, Boost stated they could not activate my phone even though it’s unlocked and stated to buy their Boost phone online (that I attempted to twice). The funds for both canceled orders took a week to reflect on my bank account.
I went to the nearest Boost store Buzz Wireless, there Leah activated my phone with no issues.
