Im not sure what was going on with your tires, but I have had nothing but good dealings with the 4wp stores and there crews. I have dealt with them in Texas for many years, and was very happy to hear they were coming to Albuquerque. They have come thru for me over and over again, and they blow the competition away, both in price and service. I will never go anywhere else, These guys know what there doing, there up front with eta's on special orders, and they donate free stuff to local events, and jeep clubs.. Sorry maybe you are just "that guy"

Not too sure what that other clown is talking about but these guys are great. They destroy the local competition in service and price. Everyone there is super friendly and knowlegeable and they fixed my Jeep for $700 dollars less then another local shop. The guy with the tires review is a fool. These guys at 4 Wheel Parts are the best

I shop here often, as I have a Jeep. I find their prices to be better or at least competitive with the other store in town that caters to Jeeps and have gotten some good deals on lifts, tires, etc. However, when I had my tires installed and any time I have my tires rotated under warranty, it takes FOREVER. Additionally, a couple of their sales people are great, but there is one in particular that is not very nice to females and will help the menfolk first, even if I was in line ahead of them. He pretty much acts as if I'm not there. Not sure what that's about, but my money is just as good as theirs...I promise!

I purchased a set of tires for my daily driver last year. (I need mud tires where I live) I looked online and I was under the impression it would cost around $450 at 4WP's. ### Since there was a store in town, I thought it would be good to shop locally. By the time I left the store, I had been charged almost $700. On top of that, a salesman that I wasn't dealing with kept trying to add items to my bill that I didn't want or need. I had to tell this clerk numerous times I did not want these items. He wanted to charge me an extra $100!### I've been using these tires since (about 10,000 miles) and got a nail in one. Since I had purchased a tire warranty I brought it back for a free replacement. At this point in time, I was told that they prorated their warranty, and since I had just under 1/2 life on a $100 tire, they charged me $60 for a new one! I ended up paying more for a new tire than I would have if I didn't have the warranty! Don't shop with these people, they are crooks!
