This place is fine if nothing goes wrong. I had my windshield replaced and a tint bar across the top. First off the first process of getting a new windshield and tint done took over 3 hours ( I was ok with that because they did discount the tint, but I wasnt happy about it). However, I noticed the day after the tint was done that something wasn't right with the tint. When you touched it was hard and rough in a spot. So my husband and I took it over to them. I was told they couldn't fix it for a week because my windshield had to setup. Makes sense right. So I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. Well that was a hug mistake..Now my brand new windshield is scuff and scratched from removing the first tint job and now the passanger window tint (that should have never been touched, is all scratced up. I had my husband take a look at it and we agreed to give them a call. So I called and spoke with Bee (who is really friendly until something goes wrong) She told me that I was unreasonable and that she has to refer this to the GM because they just can't make me happy. Well who would be happy about paying out pocket for a new windhsield to have t scratched in less than a week, who would be happy about good tint on the passanger window being scratched. Bee tried to tell me that she watched them do the tint and that my doors were wide open and they the tint guy would never scratch my window and that she watched him do all the work. If you call watching him do all the work, sitting in the office and talking to me, then yes she watched him do all the work. But I know she didn't so why be so dishonest with me? So after having her hang up on me 2 times with her saying I am unreasonable and they can't seem to make me happy, I called back a third time asking for the GM's phone number so I could all him myself. I was told by Bee that she cannot give out that information and I would have to wait for the GM to call me and he would do so by the end of the day. I don't know how they are going to fix this, but I can say STAY AWAY from them.. They don't like making their mistakes right and are very rude and direpectful when problems arise.

droped my show car off last week to have the windsheold replaced. i am very particular about where i leave my car and who works on it. With the mew paint only 6 months old i was very worried about it gettign scartched. i dropped it off in the morning on my way in and it was done and tinded without a scratch or flaw. they did a great job and i will be refering them to my friends!

Provided by YPmobileEven though this place was a 20 minute drive acrosstown, I chose this place because it was the only 4/5 star rated place. I made my appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. (so that's plenty of time for them to prep and manage their schedule) When I got there everything was normal. Then after and hour and a half after my original appointment time, I decided to go outside and look in the work area to see how things were coming along. My truck wasn't even inside the building to get started. They had parked it on the side of the building, next to the dumpster unlocked. WTF? I went back to ask how long will it take and the girl said 3-4 hours. What? My original time quote that I was given was 1-1.5 hours. Now it's doubled? No one even bothered to get up from behind the counter to ask someone in the garage area how much longer it would be. If i had to ask them to do that, then that's not customer service. I had to leave.
Why take appointments if you can't keep them and be on schedule? Not once did anyone get up to check on the status of my vehicle. This place was GARBAGE, HOT GARBAGE. Unless you want to waste your time and money, don't go here.

My Mother took her car to these "NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE", paid for her car tinting in advance picked it up 2 days later went home and noticed a bubble in the tint, she called them up and explained the situation they said ok no problem bring it by again and we'll fix it. Long story short they claimed to have removed the tint and replaced it, but the bubble was still there in the same place. They were made aware of this continuing problem and they swore up and down it was replaced. YOU BE THE JUDGE???

I called them one afternoon and they gave me the best quote on a new auto windshield out of 3 total quotes. They said they could have some techs out the next morning at 10:30 to replace the windshield. The techs arrived at 10:28am, were done in about 1/2 an hour, and it only cost me $175 (plus tax)! (I had a 15% off coupon that I got off this website). Can't beat that!

Scheduled an appointment to get a chip in the front windshield repaired. Arrived for appointment and not a single employee, (other than the receptionist,) was around. She told me I could wait around for 45 minutes to an hour for somebody to show up...What's the point of setting up an appointment if the company isn't going to keep it?Will never return to attempt to bring business.

I needed my SUV door glass replaced right away. They replaced it same day! And matched the tint! Very frendly and knowledgeable service techs!
