Lousy since Warrens let it go at the end of 2016. They've had 4 different management companies in the 3 years since then, and each one gets progressively worse. The owner keeps falling for management company scams that result in less effective, less professional management of the apartments.

Maintenance of rented apartments is virtually nonexistent. If you're a resident who needs maintenance, you will be kicked down the line while vacant apartments that need repairs to be rented take priority so they can get them rented quickly and get the cash for them

Lots of criminals, drug addicts, garden variety lowlifes, prostitutes, and mentally ill psychos reside there. If you don't fall into any one of those categories, don't even bother.

Present management sides with criminals and kicks those out who report and try to prevent crime in the complex. People who batter other residents and threaten security guards with guns are their preferred clientele. ABQ

If you are Hispanic and perpetrate crimes against white residents, you will be welcomed with open arms. Hispanics get a get-out-of-eviction-free card when they sign the lease, and management has a blame-the-victim card they use whenever Caucasians are victimized by Hispanic criminals who reside there.

They pretend to be an upper class apartment complex with gates and all so they can charge more for their apartments, but they don't do anything to prevent crime and/or protect residents from being victimized by criminals. You're actually in as much danger from those within the gates as you are from those without. Security guards only show up three or four times a night for a few minutes at most.

They claim they do regular pest control, but it's just not true. I rarely had anyone in my apartment for that. If I didn't do my own, I would have been overrun with roaches.

Present management treats residents like dirt, and they will not devote any time or energy listening to your complaints or suggestions.

The staff was very professional and made my experience very comfortable. The atmosphere is good close to I-40 access close to many shops also the studio apartments were very cute and affordable price i would definitely recommend ABQ ELEVATE!!
