They told me I could bring my dog as he was sick and needed emergency sercice to the vet. I had him in a carrier but the cab driver tried to out him in the trunk. DO YOU GUYS KNOW THAT IS ILLEGAL in tje state of New Mexico???? I want to speak to the Supervisor OR I WILL GO TO THE BBB!!! Plus they won't answer any calls from my phone number since. DIRTY DIRTY PEOPLE!!

I can not believe they did not send a driver. The dispach said the wait would be 20 minutes after an hour of waiting and being 30 minutes late to work no call from the them either i had to call green cab back and be like hello wheres my cab they just said a cab was not coming. How un-proffesional. Especially because this is the company we have been using when running late etc. I will not take down my review until someone tells me why they did not send a driver. Why isn't my money good enough and yes apologize. They had my number and could have called to say we canceled the driver but no i had to call. Fix or make it right green cab. Not all employers are understanding.

This company is really friendly and fast! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a reliable ride :)

On a recent visit to Albuquerque I hailed Green Cab for transport from airport to hotel. So impressed with the courteous driver (Bret), I asked for him for the return trip. He gave me his cell phone number to make arrangements one day prior to the trip. Being anxious about missing my 9 am flight, Bret assured me he would be at the hotel and get me to the airport on time. Outstanding, professional, driver with a relatively new company which is certain to overtake the competition! Best I have ever experienced.
