The Juan Tabo Affordable Tires...

The Juan Tabo Affordable Tires & Service lacks knowledge about vehicles and are highly unethical with their business practices.I went to the Juan Tabo location to have them do a free brake inspection on my vehicle and was told that my front rotors needed to be resurfaced as well as replace the front pads for $149.99 parts and labor. Jose (who is the manager) also recommended getting the brake system flushed for $39.95, but told me he would only charge 19.99 since I was getting the front brakes done. I asked if the back brakes were ok and he told me they were fine. So I had them do the work that Jose had recommended to me and left a happy customer that day. Well the next day I started to experience what is called "brake fade", where the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and takes forever to stop.I took my vehicle back to have Jose and his mechanics to diagnose why my vehicle wasn't working like it was before they did their work and was told that Jose "thinks" my master cylinder was going out. I asked him how he didn't notice the master cylinder was going out during the initial brake inspection and he didn't have a reason but told me they would try and flush the brakes again to see if that helped. So they flushed the brakes again, took it for a test drive and Jose gave me my key and told me the second flush fixed everything. To my surprise, as soon as I left the shop (not more than 2 minutes after they said it was fixed) I still had brake fade just like before. So I spent the next couple of days taking it to different shops in town to get free brake inspections. After getting the results from the various shops in Albuquerque, I would tell them what happened at Affordable (without naming Affordable to these other shops). When I mentioned that Affordable flushed the brake system, 2 of the shops actually showed me on my caliper's that they have not been flushed recently because there was no tool marks on the "bleeder bolts" and still had typical dry residue or dry grime from normal driving instead of a clean or semi-oily grime from a recently bled system. I was shocked when these 2 different shops actually showed me evidence that I could see with my own 2 eyes that Jose and Affordable had actually lied to me twice about flushing my brake system. Plus, to make matters worse, every shop I took my vehicle to said that I needed back brake pads replaced because they wearing unevenly and even showed me how bad the current pads were (they were wearing diagonally instead of wearing flat) and each of the shops also said that the master cylinder was working just like it should have and doing a proper brake flush would fix the "brake fade" issue that was the original problem. So Jose and Affordable did not do a proper brake inspection because they would have seen how bad the back brakes were, they lied about flushing the brake system, and then misdiagnosed the "brake fade" problem as a bad master cylinder when all they had to do was flush the brakes like they said they were gonna do the first and second time.
