Stay away from this company, they have outdated equipment, horrible service and will lie to you. They lock you into contracts and don't support their customers. Would give them a zero if possible.

I have been a customer for over a decade and recently added security cameras to my home. The workers are friendly and very professional and know there business. My service requests are taken care of promptly and correctly. The old adage you get what you pay for is true and I will never complain about the cost of keeping my home safe for myself and my loved ones.

They seem to do a good job monitoring, but when it comes to any sort of maintenance on your system, they'll stick you with steep service charges. Their guy came out and took a sensor off the wall, unscrewed two screws, put it back up and I got to pay $150 for his time!

My company was in need of a fire system, and Alarm Research installed our system in prompt time. The staff was very polite and worked well on the job. I plan on using Alarm Research for my security system as well.

Alarm Research is an established business that is run by very professional people. I had a very fast responds to meet with someone that does a complete estimate the next day. The price seemed to be standard, came in the middle of my 3 estimates. I decided to go with Alarm Research because of their reputaton and friendly attitude. My only criticism is the owner came across a little heavy handed on the sale, and how he came over within hours to have me sign a contract when I said I am going with them. (Talk about a bullet-proof contract!!) The next day in the store when I gave them the keys he didn't even have time to greet me - on to the next customer.I am writing this review 2 days after the install. The installers where curteous and professional, they work fast and leave the place spotless when they are done. I dont even know where to begin or how to thank them enough for the system that was installed in our home a year ago. from start to finish the team went above and beyond to help my husband and i begin to feel safe in our home again. We had been robbed just days earlier. Very good service and good people!

Don't do Business with these guys or you will reget it as I have!!!
