I just wanted to say that I have been a client of Josh S. for over five years and I have always recieved exceptional customer service from Alchemy.As for the person who wrote the nasty comment about the salon I feel that it was childish and rude! You should have taken it up with the salon instead of writing a nasty review and bashing such a great place.

Would not honor a gift certificate issued by a stylist there, receptionist error. The stlyist demanded payment for services and harassed my employer for payment, Julie even followed her to a doctors appointment for collection. HOW RUDE! I was offered a free haircut as a result, I wouldn't let them come near me with a pair of scissors again if you paid me. I wanted an apology, not another haircut (how hard is that)? You think that I would let them cut my hair again so that they could argue over that too and chase my employer down yet again demanding payment. Stylist Julie needs to learn customer service skills, FAST! My employer caved in and paid her but will never go back to her, she did her hair for 20 years. Was it worth the loss of a 20 year customer Julie?
