I've used Al's twice in the last few months, once for a rental property and once for my residence. Al is extremely knowledgeable and always prompt and courteous. Highly recommend Al's Sewer Service for all of your plumbing needs.

It was Christmas eve and my rental property was having a backup. It was very hard to get anyone to come out and the companies that would couldn't get there until late evening. I called Al's randomly from searching the internet and he came out in an hour. It was a long process and he said he would return the next day (Christmas) I said you're not coming on Christmas are you? He said he was a Jehovah Witness and didn't celebrate. So there he was Christmas morning with a fellow worshipper to help. He finally deducted that it wasn't just a blocked line but the sewer line had been broken when the Vexus fiber optic company was installing their lines a couple of days previously. He said that was happening numerous places all over ABQ. Al was amazing. He showed up when no one else would!

I have a number of rental properties. I have used Al in the past with pretty good success. I gave his phone number to a renter of mine to have their line cleaned. He went out to the home twice within a month. He did not fix the problem on the first or the second visit. The renter paid him $400. And the problem is still not fixed. When Al was asked what the problem was he stated, "It's not my house, how would I know." He stated if he wants the problem to be fixed, he would have to be paid to come for a 3rd time. He then stated he is busy, he does not have time to talk with me, and he has to go. I would not use him again nor recommend he or his company.
