This is a terrible store- I saw a patio set when I walked in, I knew the price- after shopping around the store- I came back- and the price was changed! They denied doing it- the manager was very , very rude!! Don't shop here!!!

We had a terrible experience at American Warehouse Plus. On Saturday, May 30th we picked out furniture for our living room and family room. Our salesperson checked and said all items were in stock and they could be delivered the next Saturday, June 6. Saturday came and the living room sofa was missing from the delivery. We called our sales person immediately. He checked into the problem and said someone had diverted the sofa to another customer. He alert his manager and said they would correct the problem. I was told we would get a call on Sunday to let us know when the sofa would be delivered. No call came so I called on Tuesday and asked for the Manager. Mike, the Manager told me the sofa was back ordered, although that was not the case when we placed the order. The stories between the salesperson and the manager didn’t match. It would appear, Mike the Manager was the one who diverted our sofa to one his customers. I guess us old folks who have been customers of American Home for over 20 years aren't as important his customers. He had numerous opportunities and several days to correct the problem and make it right, but chose not to.

Worst furniture in Albuquerque that I have seen. This is like a flee market and the sales people are like car jockeys.
