Love soft water, and I can't get enough of the great tasting RO water!

Universal Water Systems is not only home to the greatest Water Conditioner on the market but also houses a staff of amazing employees and great people! I have been with UWS for many years and I have seen it blossom in ways larger corporations could only dream of. We have an excellent Service Department and our Marketing Department is outstanding. I am a proud customer of UWS and an even more proud employee. Our General Manager Ryan Henry and Owner Kevin Albert have become amazing mentors, I work for a company that takes pride in everything it does! Now really who can beat that? I have got to say that I am very disgusted with whoever it was that posed as me on this review page. I can't believe anyone would waste their time being this childish! Or maybe they just don't have a job of their own with wonderful people like I do :) signing off The REAL AMALIA!

Universal water systems is not only in desperate need of a business face lift but the lack Of customer service is horrible, you would think a business that's been around over a decade would have their bases covered but they are just inadequate on several levels to meet the demands of customers this day and age I would know because I am personally employed by the company and their lack of professionalism is beginning to take a toll on it's own employs.

After installing the water system before I was even qualified for financing Universal Water Systems and Kevin Albert finance me because they dont want to un install what they have done. I also made a credit card payment which in turn the company decided to charge again without my permission to do so. A lesson in customer service is needed and to compare them to a thief on the street is an understatement. Please do not do business with this company as all the promises they make about a water system are false and misleading, as well as their customer service.

A week ago someone came to our door wanting us to complete a water survey. I didn't think much of it, maybe someone representing or hired by the city asking about the quality of water, seeing if there are any problems along their lines. They said I'd be entered into a drawing for Chili's cards or a visa gift card, as a thank you for dealing with their survey. I tell them the water is fine, no problems. Today I get a call saying I've won a vacation and that they want to come by and check our water. I don't need my water checked, it's fine. "But it might have lead in it." Which the city is legally required to check for, and does.I don't do business with those who mislead.

They first randomly show up at your door and ask how your water quality is, among a few other questions. I figured they were just doing a survey (from the city, county, who knows). I believe the guy had a t-shirt on that said "Water Quality" on it, no mention of his company. He said that they do random drawings and appreciated the fact that I participated in the survey. It took about a minute so I didn't think about it any further, but he got the information he wanted (no not the water quality), my phone number... They called within the next day or two and said "We drew your card!, can we swing by and take a quick water sample and give you your gift certificate to Chili's?" I agreed and thought it would only take another minute and they would be on their way. Ha! This guy showed up wearing his street clothes in his personal vehicle and I was a little more suspicious at this point. He said that this would take about an hour and he wanted to sell me some of their water purification syste

By the time a customer is calling for service, I'm sure it is not a happy call. Your internal (office) staff needs some serious customer service training. In this economy, I would think you need the business and they need their jobs. Generally, they communicate "no concern, no interest and my call is a bother" Bad for business.

This company was excellent, efficient and got it right the first time. If your water treatment system is broken, CALL Universal water. There the best

We have a 10 yr. old GE Water Softener that has salt build up, so I called and asked for a maintenance call. They guy who showed up had never seen our unit, seemed challenged to describe what the problem was, suggested that after 10 yrs. it was beyond repair and recommended that we spend a thousand dollars replacing it. The charge for coming out, looking confused and giving me a sales pitch was $100.Addenda: We live in a gated community. Instead of going to the booth and punching our number so we could let him in, he just sat there until I called the company to find out why he was 25 minutes late.
