About Artistry of Iron Founded in 1981 as a small family business, we specialize in the manufacturing of ornamental iron security products. Our goal is to offer you the best product for your security needs at a reasonable price and also give you that little extra service not found at the bigger shops. As fellow homeowners, we know you have other things to do besides worry about a home break-in. We are always working to improve your security needs to help prevent burglaries at your home. Jim Cox, owner, is involved with the caving community doing volunteer work for the Bureau of Land Management. He offers his fabrication skills to build cave gates for wildlife protection and is involved with the Fort Stanton Snowy River Project. Anne Cox, co-owner, is a talented watercolor artist and is a Signature Member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society. Her design experience flows over into the design and installation of the security iron manufactured by Artistry of Iron.
