I went in to get gel nails and the lady was rough on my hands. She filed my nails down to nothing when I told her not to file them because I had already done so. Then came the buffing. She buffed my nails to where they were paper thin. I had to cut them right after I left because they were so thin. I told her. It to use the nippers on my fingers also and I've never had a problem with hang nails until now. My hands are a mess. They are worse than I went in with.

I went for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The wax was supposed to be a clean up, and it was a mess! My eyebrows would look better shaved, that's how bad it was. Woman was not nice at all, and didn't even show humanity when she dripped wax on my chin, which burned me. The pedicure was also terrible. The lady caused some bleeding, and told me to hold my foot because she "didn't want to deal with it". Was not offered any help to stop my bleeding, so sat for my pedicure covered in my own blood. Absolutely awful. Got nail polish all over my shoes too. Will not recommend and will not return.
