Sadly we lost our beautiful dog Goldie recently, after 11 years as a beloved family member. Though it is never easy to say goodbye, the entire staff at Aztec Animal Clinic were compassionate, professional, understanding and accommodating, and made a difficult time easier.

In particular, Dr. England was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process of assessing Goldie's condition and helping us ultimately make that terribly hard choice. She struck the perfect balance between respecting our concerns and being sensitive to our emotions, and providing realistic expectations for Goldie's situation and assisting us with making the most humane decision.

Goldie's very peaceful passing was handled by Dr. England and her veterinary assistant with the utmost sensitivity to Goldie and to all of us, in the most patient and kind manner possible.

Thank you to Dr. England and the Aztec Animal Clinic staff members from the Thurber family. We cannot thank you enough, and look forward to seeking your loving care for all of our animals in the future.

Front was very friendly and loved the extra attention for Dexter from the Doctors. Highly recommend them!

This is by far, the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and warm and the care is top notch. I will definitely be returning with my puppies!

My experience at Aztec Animal Clinic was the WORST experience I've had at a vet's office. Dr. Retherford (or however it is spelled) was the most condescending woman I've ever encountered. She is an elitist and would rather put your dog through surgery than look at the possibility of the dog not making it through another surgery because of it's health and age. Also after I had informed her that I had already been giving my dog the medicine she prescribed at this visit and that it was not working, she refused to listen and prescribed the exact same thing (not cheap). It has also been brought to my attention that she is the reason our past vet (at Aztec), but a much nicer woman and more understanding vet, has now left. I will NEVER go back to Aztec because of Dr. Retherford. Everyone else there is very nice. But one person can ruin what is otherwise good.

Gouging prices (100% markup!), very poor service, not customer friendly. If there were a rating less than 1 star, I would give it.

Everyone at Aztec treats you and your pets like family. Their loving care and attention is unsurpassed. You will not be disappointed where your critters are treated like royalty.
