I took my daughter here because they were few orthodontists in the area that accepted Cigna Dental for braces. The payments are $150 per month for 3 years, plus the cost of a retainer when the braces are removed, approx. $500. Well, I noticed that many people from out of the country were also being accepted here for braces on Medicaid Insurance, at no cost to the family, but plenty of cost for the taxpayers. Most importantly, while the staff is very nice,the doctor we originally saw went back to Denver. In one month alone, my daughter had to return to Comfort Dental about a dozen times because her braces wire kept coming off. At one point, during dinner, she actually swallowed the wire! She nearly chocked but the wire passed down her trachea into her stomach according to the xray. The E.R. doctor assured us, the wire would pass through her body, although we are not 100% sure. I expressed my concern with Dr. Baer, who left shortly after that time. Not a fan.

I took my son here because of the plan they offered. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! I went due to cost, but will stay because of the service we have received. I am impressed and will recommend them to anyone I know who has children in need of braces. If you are considering them....it's a good choice :)
