Just spoke to Mike on the phone to set up a time to take my bike in for assembly and prep. Such a positive attitude and encouragement for the task ahead. Looking forward to getting their service this week. Great Phone customer service, which is VERY RARE THESE DAYS!!!

The staff at the San Mateo store was great! Took an old mountain bike in in October 2014 that was requiring basic maintenance/tune up. The staff did an amazing job making an old mountain bike that had been sitting in the garage look and perform like a new bike! Rode the bike to Balloon Fiesta and it's still going strong! Thanks guys!!

I recently bought a bike from these guys and they were great! They know their stuff. They gave me great advice and wonderful service. I'm a middle-aged woman who's been treated with disrespect at other bike shops in town but every one of the guys at Bike World were respectful, skilled, and helpful. I recommend them and their fabulous Cannondale bikes! Check 'em out.
