My husband and I reside here in santa fe, n.m. and we usually choose lota burger as our fast food. On Friday march the 10th we ordered out and drove home to eat which is a mile away . the location we chose was on airport rd. In santa fe, n.m. My husband began eating, he hadn't eaten all day. He had a busy work day at work. As he was eating French fries he had a mouth full of rocks. I inspected the rocks and one looked like a tooth. I saved the half bitten fries with rocks inbedded. He continued to eat and found more rocks. He claimed his tooth chipped and he swallowed it. He showed me his tooth which was on his upper left jaw. I saved the half eaten fries with rocks inbeded. The next morning on Saturday we were given a number by the cerrilos store cashier to call an Ernest. And he wasn't very pleasant to speak too. Ernest claimed he managed all lota burger stores in Santa fe n.m. we were requesting an incident report. And Ernest stated he wanted no law sute and said he would call the cops if my husband called again.
