There were several hiccups; equipment malfunctions, workers showing up late or not at all, delivery of the wrong water heater. In the end, a job that was scheduled for 2 days took 4 days to complete. Equipment breaks, sometimes employees turn it out to be less reliable than the boss anticipates. The only hiccup that was truly their fault was delivery of the wrong water heater, whcih was resolved within 2 hours of identifying the problem. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the outcome and got a good deal because I pitched in when needed, but it was rough going.

Very dissapointed - Was told they would be back the next day because they tried 2 or 3 times to fix the problem on the heater and so I called when the didnt show and they wouldnt answer my calls or return my calls - just left us hanging to fix our heater! Wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE!! This is the second time this has happened with them but I gave them a second chance which I shouldnt have!
