So i went to Bobs burgers on Rio bravo at around 615 630 today after work put in an order besides it taking 15-20 minutes to be done the cashier (Christianna) at the window took my debit card swiped it and then told me i didnt have enough then threw the paper that came out of the machine we asked if anything was going to be charged to my account she said No so my friend paid the whole thing I get home and there is a charge on my card for 4.44 dollars so i called the store and spoke to a manager (Joanna) and she told me that they had no record and I told her why is my account showing that i was charged by them she said i have no record of it so she gave me a bad attitude and i said i needed to have the charge put back she said no that i would need to talk to her boss in the morning i asked her for the bosses number and she refused to give it to me and hung up on me
