I have originated New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (NMMFA), single-loan close construction loans, FHA 203K Rehabilitation Loans, Fannie Mae Home-style renovation, and the basic VA, FHA and Conventional loans. I have additional specialized knowledge in self-employed analysis and loan packaging.My extensive experience as a loan originator and knowledge of the industry allows me to tailor each loan to meet the specific needs of each individual client.
