I posted a review and wanted to give Dr. Mason and Staff 5 starts but dexknows won't let me change the star rating :(

My family and I have been going to Dr. Mason for years and we love him and his staff. I recently had a crown (my first) done and ended up needing a root canal a short time later. They worked with me on payments and helped me through the ordeal. I'd recommend Dr. Mason to anyone!

Dr. Mason told me that I needed a new partial and it would cost $1850. Then I came in for my treatment and he told me he had made a mistake and it was double the original quote. I got a second opinion and it cost me $75. This guy is a loser.

Thank you, Kathy - same problem I had with Dr. Stephen Hubbert. I'll stay away.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Mason is great. The only problem we have had with them is that we over paid Dr. Mason for charges and they will not pay us until all claims are settled. They know that they owe us money but will not pay us. We have a print out of all charges and what our insurance company paid and what is settled. When we have work done, they want money right then, but when they owe us money, they drag their feet.
