It's a good place to eat Chinese buffet in NM. The taste is about right. The price is ok. The place is clean. You can find a variety of Chinese food in this place. It has crab legs, clam, crawfish. I do not see it has oysters. I might return to this place again. I'll never return to Lin's or Hong Kong buffet again. I lived in Cali before. I know how good is a good Chinese buffet restaurant. I could not see any one in ABQ comparable with a good one in Cali.

BEWARE!!!!!!

“We went there for the first time shortly after their grand opening. We gave it high marks, for all the variety and good service. The second time we went the service was bad and the stuffed shrimp didn't taste right from when I had it one the first visit. I ended up at the emergency room for 14 hours with a severe, confirmed case of food poisioning. My wife's case was not as bad as mine.WE will never go back, can't take a chance.

Mediocre at Best

There is a large selection but the food was comparable to any other Chinese super buffet. I always wonder when there is that much food, how much of it is refrigerated at night and keeps getting put out day after day. I don't know what the Dept. of Health guidelines are about that. What we were particularly disappointed about was the service!! First, It took at least five minutes to get seated even though the restaurant was not crowded at all. Second, during our entire meal, no one ever came to our table to ask if we needed a beverage refill (which we did twice) or take our used plates which were just left to pile up on our table.....we needed to flag someone down as they were rushing through the dining room for who knows what purpose and we got a dirty look in the process. Third, and most annoying was that NOBODY smiled or had a cheerful disposition. It appeared as if all the employees hated their jobs and hated being in customer service. Last, but not least, we had to wait at least five minutes to pay our bill and leave. There was a woman standing at the front desk using her calculator and didn't even look at us even though we were standing a few feet away from her. When she finally took our money, we got the impression that it was a huge imposition for her to be interrupted while she was doing her math. We won't be going back anytime soon and predict that it will be gone in less than a year. If you want a great Chinese buffet, cheerful and prompt service, and peanut chicken to die for, go to China King on Juan Tabo and Copper right next to the Olive Garden.
