My family ate at your restaurant tonight and my husband and I ordered a club pizza to share and when it was brought to our table the avocado slices on the top were brown and rotten, we eat here frequently, we will now think twice about ever going back. As our waiter Andreas was very upset when I called him over, I simply asked for fresh slices of avocado to be brought to us and to remove the rotten(brown) ones. He was very sorry and was prompt bringing fresh slices to us. We were at the table for over an hour I asked to speak to the manager twice as he kept walking by our table when I asked the waiter again to have him come to our table I heard him snap at the waiter and say he was "too busy" Andreas told him we really wanted and were waiting to speak to him. When he finally arrived he could not have been anymore uncaring nor did he say he was sorry, he placed blame on someone else and then proceeded to thank us for making him aware with an absolute discusted look on his face. I have never been treated as rude by a manger as I was this evening. When I asked what his name was I was told it was Jason.Everyone can have an "off" night however, a simple "I'm sorry" can go a long way..Up until this evening we have always had good food as well as service.
