Provided by YP.comWe totaled our vehicle, and we were getting the run-around by Allstate. I talked to my sister who had used Caruso for her wreck and she was very happy with the results. When my husband and I met with Mark Caruso we were shocked at what we really didn't know about car wrecks. The attorneys and staff were really easy to work with, especially Marc Rushing. One time when I called them it took 2 days to get a call back, but that was OK. Most of the time I talked to someone the same day I called. Anyway, they would call almost monthly to see how I was doing, and they would give me an quick update. When it came time to settle, we actually got more money in our pocket than we expected. Our doctors gave us discounts from the amount owed to them for their treatment and Caruso Law Firm even gave us a discount on the attorney fee. It was all about having happy clients and referrals. I have recently recommended a friend from work to Caruso Law Offices.

Provided by YP.comThey did a great job on my car accident. Also, was able to get the 29% attorney fee when other lawyers were charging 33% That means Caruso got paid less, and I got paid more. Make sure that you ask him for the 29% fee when you meet with him at your first visit. Also, liked that he has been an attorney for 30 years and he used to work for insurance companies. He's now helping injured people against the insurance companies. I'd say that former insurance company attorneys make the best personal injury attorneys.
