Centered Wellness explores the value of harnessing the healing quality of touch while relying on the practices of time-tested healing traditions; incorporating acupuncture, trigger point therapy, thai-yoga massage, shiatsu, hot stone therapy, and other healing modalities, Centered Wellness aims to increase awareness of what it takes to maintain a healthy body while laden with the pressures of our busy world. Additionally, Centered Wellness provides something more than a holistic approach to addressing chronic pain conditions, for which physical therapy and pain meds have not been the ideal course of treatment.
