While there my Mom had a fall which was never reported to us. After taking her to the hospital we saw that she had a fractured hip and knee. We found out about the fall after requesting her records. My Mom had surgery ,and died a week later

While my 82 year old Mom was there she had a fall that was not reported to us. After taking her to the emerge room we were told she had a fractured hip and knee. We found out about the fall after requesting her records. My Mom had to have surgery, and died from her injuries.
