TERRIBLE, UNHYGIENIC & UNPROFESSIONAL

I took my girls for a blowout and pedicure. What a total waist of money! They did not wash their hair let alone blow dry it straight. Instead, they flat ironed they're unwashed hair and charged me $80 for a shotty job. I hd to point out large strands of wavy hair that have not been flat ironed straight!

The pedicures technician was extremely unprofessional. Rough and I seriously question her qualifications. Stand it off nail polish instead of nail polish remover. Only have 10 colors to choose from. She was on her phone texting and calling most of the time. The water basin twas visibly filthy. Did not rinse in between customers! Reused towels. Did not sanitize tools in between customers. Was charged $150 for three pedicures and a total of $250 for all of the services! WHAT A SCAM!!! They charge the same price as top notch salons while providing terrible service in a filthy salon. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone.
