This apartment would be comfortable if the management and maintance staff was changed. The maintance man is a drunk and dangerious to have around your kids. He throw full cans of beer in the pool while occupants are using it and thinks he runs the place by closing the landry facility and the pool from the paying residence for his own personal use. Management gives access to your personal infomation to everybody. Management feels intitled to enter your apartment at anytime with anybody without your concent. There is no professional boundaries they cross them all. All buildings have mold under the paint and material. If you do not ask them to remove it they don't. Even if you express your concern it will take months and lots of reporting before a finger is moved to fix the situation. If you have kids there are better apartments like the Lake's who are around the corner, cheaper, nicer in space and family friendly who are worth your hard earned money. Don't rob yourself by moving into theses apartments. If you decide to I pray for your good health.
