Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE customer service. It was so sad we were so ecstatic to visit and tour this christian facility and fell in love with the facility, however once we spoke to the director Rachel it went south! We were told we would have a spot for our daughter, completed the paper work and was just waiting on Rachel to get back to us with the pay schedule. Well Rachel called us to inform us that they no longer would be able to take our daughter ONE day prior to her starting. We were told they had a spot so we stopped searching for the perfect day care, which we had thought we had found. She gave no good reasoning for their decision for their change in decision and made no apology for hanging me and my family out to dry. I would love to recommend this daycare and maybe if Stephanie was the director instead of Rachel it would be a better experience.
