Look, don't send your kids here. I am a former 'client' in the adolescent girl's program and this place was horrible. The staff was unprofessional and rude. They didn't care about the children there and were just disgusting. I was treated poorly, I felt like the leaders of the group, adult women mind you, disliked me and treated me poorly because of that. I was there for help with my anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts, but being there just made it worse. The place was dark and gloomy, and we never got outside, we were treated like criminals, we couldn't bring anything from home there, not even a comfort object like a stuffed animal or anything like that. Not even the younger children could do that.

Loved this place a lot. My child was suspended from a few different schools so I thought it was time to take him here. The staff were exceptional at their communication skills with the therapists who relayed the info. back to me. I am glad to say that I have my son back after a few months in the program. He has shown an improvment in his mood, makes more friends, and is better with talking to his dad. I highly recommend this place.

I had to remove my son from the residential program at CTC as a result of poor care which has resulted in a medical situation. I was not included in his care, the staff was not knowledgeable and there was NO communication from the staff at the group home setting where he was placed unless I called them. This is not an exaggeration. I would not recommend this center for families looking for quality care for their child.
