This evening my husband and I walked to the Circle K at 900 Eubank NE, at 11:40pm, the time we go there, there was a sign on the door stating they were closed until 12am. As we are staying at a nearby hotel, we realized we had to wait, and wait. Around 12:10am there was a crowd gathering and I knocked on the door, when the employee "Chris" looked up I pointed to my watch and he changed his sign to say he was waiting in another employee. This employee showed up and we all entered the store, and I brought my 12pack of diet coke to the counter and "Chris" said he would not sell it to me. Several of the other customers stood up for me, bbut he claimed that I "pounded on the window", which, of course I did not. This man needs a refresher course in customer service, at the very least.

I am discouraged from shopping at Circle K as I feel I work too hard to be treated in this manner.
