They were very busy and line was long. I was still acknowledged that I would be assisted soon.

On friday April 17th at exactly 10:35 pm I stopped by this store to purchase a few things. The doors were locked and so I waited for the attendant to open them. He came by the door and said that the store was closed. I had pointed out that the hours were until 11:00 pm and he still refused to help me. The gentelmen was very rude as he threw he hands in the air and mumbled as he walked away. As a manager in a customer service area I did not appreciate this at all. People working in this type of buisness should be personable and welcoming, and I don't believe this person is right for this position. I know its hard to find people who are able to fill possitions, but I don't think your company should settle for people like this. I know in my company it's better to suffer with a few good employees than to suffer from a loss of buisness. Please re-evaluate this employee to see if he is worth the loss!!
