Reporting an incident that happened at the Rio Rancho, New Mexico location by worker back in February 2016 while he was pushing in passenger side mirror which he broke right off the base of window. Incident was caught on camera and paperwork was initiated that day. Assistant Manager informed us that auto repair would be done in a few days. Here it is a month later and still no repairs, no correspondences, or updates from the business about repairs. No Call of apology from business owner Bob Powers (505)404-9141, and I can see that this matter isn't being expedited. Would like to hear from anyone who has had a run in with this business to please contact me, thinking about taking this incident up to the next level and any information about how bad their service there is will help.

Zero stars should be an option! First off the spot free wash, not spot free. Second the $15 wash doesnt clean wheels as advertised. Third, when drying the vehicle after the wash, inoticed multiple scratches all around the vehicle. I was infuriated to see that my car had been damaged after using this stupid car wash. I kniw some of you are going to want to ignore this warning but if you care about your car dont go.

I would give zero stars if I could. Used to love this car wash and would drive across town to come and get my car washed. I have no idea what changed but it has gone downhill. I'd come in once a week to get my carwashed and then on thw weekend to vaccume my car. Today the richest person came up to me and told me that I needed to pay to vaccume after I had washed my car. I tild him the sign says the vaccume are free and he just kept repeating himself over and over. WORST customer service and now wanted $3 extra to vaccume. Never coming here again.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! Don't get your cash washed at this place...they scratched my 2014 Dodge and are trying to CONVINCE myself, as well as, my passenger that the damage was existing. Lawrence (the manager) is a JOKE as well as his assistant manager. They have yet to contact me regarding the damage that their employee (Arturo) caused when he sprayed my car, he lied and said that he didn't cause the scratch. At this point, I would rather drive my car dirty then to EVER return to this place.

I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to exhaust every avenue till this is resolved. The owner is based out of Arizona, which I have contacted and still no resolution. As enticing as the a drive through car wash is, if anything goes wrong they would WILL dismiss their part if any damage occurs.

Best of luck to any customer that has to deal with this company and their young, unconvincing, poor management team. I completely REGRET my decision when I went to this car wash on the 4th of July.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this car wash based on my personal experience nor will I EVER RETURN.

Don't go there!! The attendants are clueless. They don't care and even ignored me completely when I tried to get their attention. Cars in line were honking... No one could go anywhere. One car they had to let go through at least twice?? You can't even get out of the line to get away! The "emergency exit" still requires you to sit in the line until the front cars leave. That was 45 minutes I will never risk again. And my car still hasn't been washed so I will still need to go somewhere else later.

Was a fan also of Clean Machine until I talked to the owner over a problem I had there over the weekend. Lives in Phoenix and could care less about his customers in Albuquerque.

Learned a long time ago, "You never Win an argument with a customer." He flies in to collect his $$$$$$$$$$'s.

Watch your self when you enter the wash. He dosen't pay the employees enough to pay attention or care about the customer.

Attitude starts at the top!

i was a HUGE fan on this place...

i was a HUGE fan of this place! washed my car 2-3 times a week with their monthly plan, even upgraded when I got new wheels for my car.. but I always had a problem with the sticker they put on your window that recognized the car when you pulled up. I pealed it once while washing my windshield and had to pay for another one, the second they they canceled my membership and got mad at me like i was trying to use it on different cars.. great place to get your car washed, but don't get the monthly wash plan unless you never clean the inside of your windshield
