I contacted Clocks and More in 2012 to repair my grandfather clock. They removed and took the clock's workings, and returned it more than a year later and charged me over $600. The clock still did not work -- did not run, keep time or chime. I contacted them, they came and made minor adjustments, and the clock still did not work correctly the pendulum hit the rods and sounded awful. They always have a story -- the son is leaving to culinary school, there is a wedding, someone is ill, etc.I finally wised up and contacted another business, London Chime, and the owner came and checked out the clock and told me the clock had never been cleaned, never been repaired, was completely out of alignment and that Clocks and More had committed something "as close to fraud as possible" by charging me more than $600 for nothing. He said I was the third customer in a week who had called him seeking a repair of a Clocks and More "repair." He fixed it in two weeks -- after removing incorrect parts installed by Clocks and More -- and now it runs like new.

I had my dad's clock in. They said it would be 2 months that it needed a full overhaul that would cost 320. Bucks. I dropped it off. It took them 4 months . Then I have had to take it back 2 times. The last time I was assured that it was fixed. Now it's not working again. This is messed up. Do not take you clocks to them.

Antique Grandfather clock built in the 1800's. Family heirloom. Twenty three months - nothing but excuse after excuse. In the end, had to pay hundreds more than originally quoted, for unfinished work. Be very wary!

We dropped our clock of NINE months ago for repair - kept checking in with them only to get excuse after excuse on why they had not repaired the clock. To this day, we do not have the clock - wondering at this point if THEY still have our clock. I have never experienced such POOR customer service. I do not recommend this establishment!!!

I've gone to Clock & More to replace my watch batteries because they have great service.

$8.00 to replace watch batteries, but the watch guy is sick today (Sat).
