Horrible property management company, DO NOT USE THEM! They've gone through 4 maintenance coordinators before my lease has even ended! I couldn't get my AC turned on until JUNE. Their maintenance system is a joke. I've had a leak in my kitchen ceiling since JUNE and they STILL have not fixed it. Will not eat any cost due to home-owner neglect (the homeowners have rejected 3 SEPARATE estimates to fix the leak!) NO communication between their office and tenants, NO communication between employees. I have heard 3 different stories for the same issue from these people. They have lost their manager who promised to help me either get out of my lease or reduce my rent due to the leak still not being fixed. They DID NOT tell me she left, and no one has been working to help me with this issue. The assistant manager in charge now only cares about the homeowners and will do anything to make sure they keep getting their money. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!!!
