This company filed a fraudulent claim for contacts (which I never asked for, ordered or received) with my eye insurance company when I had my exam here. When I went to get a reimbursement for ones I purchased from Walgreens, was told Cottonwood Vision had already used up that $$. I wonder how many other fraudulent insurance claims they've filed?

I would NEVER go back to the place. First they bill your major medical instead of vision insurance but the put a hold on your vision insurance so that you are unable to use it to get glasses elsewhere since they after the fact (even after asking them and the insurance company) that they are not contracted with the insurance foe the glasses portion and when you call them they say they will take care of it and call you back yet they never do

I would never recommend taking your business here. The doctors wife runs the business and all she cares about is selling the products and making a big sale. You cannot choose what lenses and products you want, they have a package pricing that you HAVE to choose from if you want to get glasses! And they are very expensive! I wear contacts and glasses, and I paid over $600, which doesn't include my year supply of contacts. That is going to be another $120! And to top it all off, I have insurance!!! They told me if I didn't have insurance, I would have paid almost $1000! The manager has attitude if you say its too expensive and they make you seem like you're cheap if you don't want to pay that much! It really doesn't matter how satisfied you are or not with the doctor if you are completely unsatisfied with everything else. I would NOT recommend this company!!
