Once again, CR Refrigeration did a wonderful job! We had a furnace & hot water heater put in. Highly recommand them,

If you can get Chris to work on your system it's great. If you call them or deal with JP it's lousy. I have had lies, slow service and a series of repairs to work done. Sears contracts with these people. You can get your system installed for less money with better service elsewhere.

After reading the reviews for Cr Refrigeration, I decided to give them a chance. I had an AC system installed in my home, & was very pleased with there work & service. I guess you can't please everybody

C.R. installed a furnance that went in our attic. They destroyed our attic and the furnance collects a lot moisture that for the second time has ruined our ceiling. C.R. does not call us back and seems to be screening there calls. They have the worst customer service I have ever came across. I would not recommend them to anyone. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME, PLEASE EMAIL ME.

We had CR install a new A/C unit 2 months ago and when the unit needed adjustments during the hottest days of summer,Chris there working on it himself. This is what customer service is all about.

been given the run around for over a mouth on waiting on parts DOA parts still not fixed. wrong troubleshooting. and bad customer service. takes all day call to get told any thing. wouldn't recommend them to any one.

I use Cr at our church for preventive Maint, and they are top notch. very proffesional and prompt. wouldnt reccomend anyone else but these guys when it come to climate control!
