We have had rings repaired, watches fixed, etc. The proprietor even designed a beautiful set of wedding rings for friends. We feel our valued items (heirlooms) are safe and that stones will not be "swapped" or shortcuts taken. This is a small business that has a word-of-mouth reputation. The one unique thing, that new customers might find odd if not expected, is that the door is not always open. The owner is sometimes working in the back workroom and locks the door for safety. There is either a buzzer, or a phone call before going works well. There are times one of us has "dropped in" when he is open just to get a watchband repaired or a battery changed. The service is always friendly, personal, and very reasonable, (the cost of the battery.) I trust this jeweler, and people of Corrales area and the North Valley have used this business for years.

I had called about my wedding band to see if I could get it fixed. But my mistake I told the lady that answered the phone a warr. question because the jewler that we had origanlly purchased your wedding bands at closed. I explained that to her and she pretty much laughed and said that they lied and why would they send your warr to another jewler? needless to say I was not pleased and not impressed! as you would say I was a little pissed. So I told her never mind and called another jewler and they were so much nicer and more than willing to help me out.
