Provided by YPmobileAfter reading the other reviews I was concerned about going here. After calling for an appointment, we were greeted and the tech came out to check things out. Service was completed quickly and under what I had estimated the job would cost. All in all a good experience.

Provided by YP.comKind of shady....at least that's how I felt when I left. So needless to say, I won't be returning. I brought my motorhome in to be serviced, it has a Cummins engine so I thought Cummins would be the best place to bring it. After servicing was complete, I came in to pick it up. The told me the coolant was weak and should be changed ASAP. OK. I left it overnight to have it done the next morning. On my way home I called them and asked them to make sure and lock it. OK, he says I'll take care of it. I called the next day and the guy says it's ready. I get a ride to pick it up. As I arrive, I see my motorhome sitting where it was when I left last night. The counter guy is BSing with his friend or girlfriend and carries the conversation for another few minutes while I'm waiting. Then he gets to helping me. He can't find the paperwork. I wait. He finally finds the paperwork-from yesterday. He goes out to the service bay, comes back after a few minutes and says the guy who's supposed to do it was running late and didn't get it done, but it's in the bay being done right now. Ok, I'll wait. After sitting in the waiting room for a few minutes, I decide to go see if it's really being done. I look in all the bays, no motorhome. I go look and they'd parked a huge motorhome next to mine and I couldn't see mine. On purpose-maybe I don't know. Bottom line is it's not in the bay being done. I walk over to it, not locked. Windows open too in the rain. I go back get my keys and leave. Service not done. Bottom line, do not try and BS me, or any customer for that matter. You leave wondering if what you paid for was really done, or if you got a big snow job. Be honest, I can deal with a honest mistake being admitted to, I can't deal with dishonesty. Once you blow that trust you just lost what could have been a loyal customer, and everyone he talks to about it is a lost potential customer. I can't deal with this used car salesman crap.
