I needed my sold house cleaned the day before closing. One maid showed up without a vacuum cleaner or bucket for mopping. She did an ok job. She just didn't clean the whole house. She did not speak english and just said tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went with no call from Dana's. It was too late anyway, as the house closed that morning. I had to clean the rest of the house myself. I got a call two days later from Dana's. The person apologized, saying she was unaware that only 1 person showed up. She asked to reschedule the rest of the cleaning. I nicely (honest) told her that it was too late. She sighed heavily and then hung up on me b/f I could say "Let's negotiate a price for what WAS done.". Oh well. I would have paid 1/3 or 1/2 of the cost but she hung up on me.
