I was traveling through NM, needed a new starter on my lincoln. They were professional and helpful and repaired my car within 2 hrs. The only complaint I have is what they charged me. I paid $555 for a new starter installed, when I questioned them why it was so high, they replied it's a lincoln. I just don't see the reason these shops Rape people, you would think they would want to encourage good businees practices to build clientele. They have you by the b***'s when you are travelling through!!!

Consistently honest, even if a mistake was found. Great that I can come in after work and evenings and repairs are done reasonably. Will keep returning; customer for 10+ years!

I agree, do not use this dealership. They sold my son the BIGGEST lemon possible and every time he takes it in it is something different! Should be a new car by now! Tried not to give the rating any stars but it forces you to give 1, like leaving a waitress a 2 cent tip.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys are the worse and do what they can to make life hard. They know I have a extended warranty and they still try and charge me every time. Honestly the worse service I have ever had. They do. Of deserve your car to work on. Also very dirty location. I will drive clear across town for service and waste gas!

The service was great and all done with a smile! The gentleman at the front desk explained what was included in my service. These folks have a great attitude. It's been a long time since I've seen workers who make the customer feel appreciated. I will definitely be returning for service on my car and recommend this company for car service!!
