You can NOT count on enTrust to be your team of experts, providing the services that allow your board more time for oversight and goal setting. With enTrust on your management team, the Declarations will be more than 20 pages (a sign of over-regulation by the association); 2. The Rules and Regulations have more restrictions than the Declarations (a sign you have contracted away any/all constitutional property rights you think you have); 3. The association owns/contracts its own maintenance company, landscaping company, rental company, security company, or any other for-profit company (another sign of corruption and/or fraud); 4. board members since the HOA was formed (another sign of corruption and/or fraud plus harassment and bullying); 5. board members' homes look nicer than everyone else in the summer division (a sign the board are getting freebies from contractors, such as free landscaping); 6. Board decisions are made poorly by simply voting with no discussion of the issue and this association, in particular just allows it;  7. Your board tells you that you will do as they say, when they say it (a definite sign that the association and the board together have a really nasty law firm representing them and your life as you know it is pretty much over. Welcome to Hell! This is otherwise referred to as a dictatorship if you could convince the State of New Mexico these really are quasi-governments.

In conclusion, enTrust is made up of people who failed miserably at their careers and they get an ego boost by intimidating its clients with their legal nonsense. They are DEFINITELY the experts in facilitating this "horse-crap" strategic planning processes for its  community associations! *DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Have had the misfortune of being saddled with this incompetent organization for the past five months (after my previous manager of 12+ years retired and sold her book of business). Have tried numerous times to get information on the activities transpiring in my rental home but to no avail. I have not been provided with a copy of the lease, the names of the tenants, the number of occupants. Since I live out of state it is nearly impossible for me to just run over and see for myself what is up. No one returns my phone calls or emails; though I have been assured that my rental would be inspected, after five months that has still not taken place; it is impossible to reach the owner of the management company to lodge a complaint.

Entrust has managed our condos for four years and has done an wonderful job. They have always been responsive and helpful.

Do your research. This group is sloppy and inept. We hired Absolute Realty after a painful lesson with Entrust.
