I started the one-year laser hair removal treatment on several major areas three months ago. Just finished my fourth treatment and am beginning to see results. So far, I am pleased. Every time I arrive I don't have to wait even one minute- I get seen right away, on time! I appreciate their punctuality. So far have not had any issues with scheduling and I hope that continues...Would recommend EYMS- their prices are also competitive.

I came to them after years of being embarrassed about my unwanted hair. I have had 2 appointments. First appointment, I saw results after a couple weeks. Second appointment, hair grew back much more quickly but I'm hoping it falls out or 'sheds' after 2-3 weeks like the first time.
Caring staff, clean office, clean room to have procedure performed in. I'm so excited for my third appointment.
Highly recommended!

I have been going to Eternal Youth Medical Spa for over 2 years now. I love the atmosphere, the staff and the services. They are very competent, caring and respectful. I have gotten fraxels, botox, juvederm, massages, facials, mole removal, and hair removal. I recommend this spa to everyone!!!

BEWARE OF THIS MEDICAL SPA!!! I had a horrible experience and was humiliated when the manager, Vicky Lester, called out in front of everyone in the waiting room, "I'm staring to see how bad your feet are." This business has no competence for patient confidentiality; and worse, I was unfairly charged $556 for services not rendered and they refuse to give me a refund. They are conniving, manipulative and will take your money. Do not trust this facility! These people are thieves and will lie about your experience to the Better Business Bureau. I also demanded that Groupon discontinue their services with this business, and fortunately, they did so b/c of the numerous customer complaints. This place cannot be trusted.

Not to be trusted. I tried to use a Groupon for eyelash extensions and she refused to honor the promotional value before it expired. According to her voice mail recording and her website pricing, I would have to pay another $150 for the extensions. A person who does not honor her commitments is not someone you want to do business with, especially in a spa environment. If she cuts corners on promises and contracts because she finds it inconvenient to fulfill them just think what kinds of corners she could be cutting on cleanliness, hygiene or the quality of products used. Do you want a person like this touching your eye, injecting you with Botox? Getting in touch with her was also problematic as she never answers her phone. It is best to look elsewhere for your beauty needs. If you don t believe me then believe Groupon. They agreed with me and refunded my money for her breach of contract. Go to a spa that values you and pampers you... not Therapeutic Touch.

I have been a loyal customer for three years now. The customer service, the personalized care and the royal treatments are all I would highly recommemnd. Their prices can't be beat.
