I have been seeing Jessica Sanchez for over two months and I have lost about 20 lbs! Not only I am learning how to eat clean and healthy but most importantly it is a life Change! Fitshop is the best!! I started my adventure to relearn how to eat with a slower metabolism due to age. I have received a tremendous amount if support and a wealth of knowledge from my coach. Sam DeCosta us a incredible person and coach and I all about educating you on how to eat right. I never thought I would loose so much weight just by changing my food choices. I have learned a ton and would encourage anyone that is ready for a life style change to see Sam, he can change your life.

The People at FitShop are amazing! The products and program are great! In less than eight weeks, I've lost 47lbs at age 51! No diet plan has ever worked like that for me! I greatly appreciate my Nutritionist, Sam DeCosta! I respect his expertise, motivation, and kindness! I joined Fitshop in May 2015 and I cannot believe the results. My journey has only begun but having my coach Sam to guide me along is more than I could ever ask for. Sam has shown me the way to a healthier lifestyle. He is available when I have any questions and I always look forward to his new suggestions with meals and workouts. One of the best decisions I made was to call Nora and take the step I had been avoiding. Nora is an amazing person and has your best interest at heart. I couldn't of asked for a better coach. She encourages you and is tough on you when she needs to be.

Coach Nora has been such a wonderful motivation and support, it's been a great way for me to start a healthy lifestyle. I couldn't have asked for a better coach in my corner cheering me on in my journey! She has not only motivated me physically but has encouraged me to make other changes in my life that have only bettered me. I highly reccomend if you are thinking of joining to go with Nora!

I started Fitshop 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. I have lost 57 lbs and counting so far. Everyone at Fitshop is very friendly and supportive especially my coach, Nora. She has taken the time to get to know me and what my needs are, she comes up with new things every week for my meal plan to keep me motivated. I look forward to working with her every week! I have tried to do it on my own several times and it just wasn't working, having the support of Nora has helped me to be consistent and stick to my long term goals.

I have been with fit shop for 5 months. I have lost 30 pounds and half way to reaching my goal. The coaches have been key in helping me reach my weekly goals. I am currently working with Nora who has been supportive in this process. I appreciate her expertise and knowledge in nutrition. She is always able to make my diet manageable to fit my busy life style as a working mom.

I have now been a member of the Fit Shop for 4 months. To date, I have lost a total of 57 pounds!! 241 lbs to 184 lbs. All due to the great direction and help of my Fit Shop coach Danyelle Valdez. She has been strong in helping me achieve my weight loss and over all health and confidence. I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Nutrishop/Fit shop. After a nice long bulking cycle I was having trouble cutting body fat in time for my personal deadline. After working with the Nutrishop for so long I finally caved and hit up the Fitshop side of things to help boost my progress. The meal planning was amazing. Keeping my same workouts combined with their altered diet, in 6 weeks I went from 184 @ 18.8% bf to 173 @ 14.2% bf...the flip side was I actually gained more muscle and strength during the loss. I would recommend Fitshop to anyone that needs that little extra. "The definition of insanity is repeating the same actions over and over and expecting different results" never hurts to ask for help to reach your goals.
